How to Identify a Qualified Chamber Opportunity
Learn the signals of a qualified chamber opportunity and what helps PMT prepare for a useful first conversation.

A qualified chamber opportunity is an organization or decision-maker with a genuine reason to explore a hyperbaric project and a willingness to have an informed conversation. Qualification is not about forcing a quick answer; it is about gathering enough context for PMT and the prospect to decide whether a next step is worthwhile.
Useful qualification signals
Helpful signals can include a defined program idea, facility expansion or renovation, operational demand, a potential site, identified decision-makers, a planning horizon, or interest in equipment options. Not every signal needs to be present, but a credible reason for the conversation should be clear.
Information that improves the first conversation
With consent, share the organization name, primary contact, role, preferred contact method, general project interest, anticipated timing, relevant facility context, and how the relationship began. Do not include patient information. A concise, accurate introduction is more helpful than a long unverified narrative.
Early opportunities can still be valuable
Some opportunities are still exploratory. Early-stage organizations may benefit from a planning conversation before they have finalized a site, budget, or equipment path. Be transparent about what is known, what is still undecided, and why the prospect is interested in learning more.
What is not a qualified referral
A name without consent, a request for clinical guidance, patient information, a speculative contact with no apparent project relevance, or an introduction made with unsupported promises is not a qualified referral. The goal is a respectful, consent-based business introduction that supports a useful first conversation.
